So we know high waisted is all the rage right now, but I can’t say I think this look works for Jen Garner who wore this at a Tokyo priemer. I’m just not getting enough waist, and the blouse is just to much, but not in a good way. Oh I can just see it now, this high waisted thing is gonna get out of control. Tell me what you really think.
