Check out the Controversial Billboard in Milan, Italy that has everyone talking. The woman in this billboard, is a French actress, she says she’s been anorexic for 15 years and weighs a startling 64 pounds. She’s posing naked for Italian fashion label NOLITA to help raise awareness about the deadly eating disorder during the city’s world-famous Fashion Week
Amanda Bynes: I really hope girls see that and it shows them to have a healthy body image”
Hannah Montana” star Miley Cyrus: “It’s gross. I think the skinny fad needs to be over.”
Emmy Rossum: “people really need to feel good about themselves and their bodies,”
Lauren Conrad: “it’s a really big problem in Hollywood and one that needs to be addressed.”
I’m not sure this ad will change the mentality in Hollywood that Actresses need to be sickly thin, but I hope it gets people talking. Women need to define for themselves what beauty is , and stop letting men convince them that looking like a 12 year old boy is hot.
