Jennifer Lopez Doesn’t Know if She’ll Be a Working Mom

Jennifer Lopez looks just peachy (literally) on her Harper’s Bazaar cover. Two months after announcing her pregnancy, Lopez whose seven months pregnant with twins opens up to the magazine in her first interview since the announcement. Jennifer told HB “I do realize people want to know [about the pregnancy] because they’re interested, but this is the first time I’m going through this,” Lopez, 38, says of staying mum for so long. “I kind of feel like everybody knew anyway.” Yeah which is why it made so much sense to keep it a secret.
“He (Mark) made me realize you can be an artist, and have credibility and success, without your life being on public display,” she says. “This is my experience and my husband’s experience, and we get to hold that for a little while.” Post birth, Lopez is still unsure of whether she’ll be a working mom. “I don’t know — and I like that, because my life has been so planned for so many years,” she reveals. “Once I did the tour, I really just wanted to shut it down.” Considering Jenny has a clothing line and perfume and her movies and albums have been garbage lately maybe retirement isn’t such a bad idea.

JLo is makes sense in terms of wanting to have something for herself, but I doubt she would ever leave the E business for good.
