I saw this picture floating around last week and I just had to sigh and shake my head. But then I saw the the premier of Making the Band 77, and saw that Puff-Diva was up to his old tricks. You know…trying to check people, or embarrass them, or make them feel like shit. I got to thinking how can these kids cope with this lunatic in the hopes of pursing their dream? And that’s when this picture of Diva’s mom Janice flashed in my head. I thought to myself, everytime Diva gets to acting like his you know what don’t stink, they should pull this picture of his mom out of their back pocket, and have a big laugh. Because you can say to yourself, I might be going through hell right now, but at least my mama don’t go out in public looking that this.

A judge has denied Foxy Brown’s request to California for an an electronic ear implant ( ha..I didn’t even know they did that). The rapper who is notorious for her bad behavior, revealed her hearing problems during a court appearance in 2004. Her petition to the judge said that her condition was worsening in jail and that she faced serious harm to her hearing unless she had the cochlear implant reprogrammed and repaired. Foxy’s lawyers are saying that she can only get the help she needs from a specialist but to add insult to injury she is being sent to a clinic in NYC….if she makes an appointment today, the clinic should be able to squeeze her in the day before her release date…

The Official website for R&B star Ashanti unveiled the cover for her latest single ‘The Way I Love You’. And let me be the first to say that she truly looks stunning. The word on the street is that she will be shooting the video for the song in the Bahamas any day now. Ashanti’s new album ‘The Declaration’ is due out on June 3rd. With Keyshia Cole’s sophmore album going certified platinum Ashanti better step her game up if she wants to stay relevant….because right now, whenever I think of an Ashanti CD, I automatically hear crickets…..
