Well well well, the walking mishap better known as Remy Ma is now saying that she did shoot her friend..but get this she did it by accident….

Lawyer Ivan Fisher called the shooting, which left Makeda Barnes-Joseph hospitalized, an accident. Fisher claimed Remy Ma (real name: Reminisce Smith) and Barnes-Joseph struggled over the latter’s bag when the two argued over missing money after leaving a birthday celebration for a mutual acquaintance. The former Terror Squad star accused Barnes-Joseph of pocketing upward of $3,000 in cash. Fisher told the jury the women’s hands hit the rear view mirror of Barnes-Joseph’s car during the tussle and the gun then went off, according to AP.”There is no other explanation for why Remy Smith would have chosen that unique moment in time to shoot her,” Fisher said. The surprising admission was a far cry from Fisher’s opening remarks when he attempted to characterize Barnes-Joseph as a celebrity groupie who was misrepresenting the nature of the events in order to win money from the “Lean Back” rapper. In December, Barnes-Joseph filed a multimillion-dollar civil lawsuit against Remy Ma. In July, Remy vehemently denied shooting Barnes-Joseph. When reporters gathered around the rapper’s New Jersey home, she maintained her innocence.”I didn’t shoot my friend!” she yelled. Jury deliberation in the case begins Tuesday. If convicted, Remy Ma could face up to 25 years in prison…..and as well she should …how do you think that you are getting away with shooting someone? Maybe when she gets out of jail, black with red bangs will be fashionable…*sigh*.

In very sad news, the husband of British Pop Star Corinne Bailey Rae was found dead from a suspected drug overdose. The British Telegraph reported the following:

“The body of Jason Rae was discovered in a Leeds flat on Saturday. The 32-year-old musician was a saxophonist with the Haggis Horns. The band describe themselves on their Myspace page as “an eight-piece live funk extravaganza” who combine funk, soul, hip-hop and afrobeat with jazz virtuosity. The group had performed with Corinne Bailey Rae, as well as other artists including Amy Winehouse, Mark Ronson and Nightmares On Wax. They released their debut album, Hot Damn!, last September. A post mortem examination carried out last night proved inconclusive. Police said they were currently awaiting the results of toxicology reports.
Officers investigating his death have arrested a 32-year-old man on suspicion of supplying controlled drugs. He has been released on bail pending further inquiries, West Yorkshire Police have said.” Wow that is really a shame!

Amy has decided once again to bare it all. This time however, instead of being in a drug induced mini market junk food run, the controversial singer is taking it off for a good cause. Amy took the nudey flick as part of a campaign to raise breast cancer awareness among young women. The picture will appear in the April edition of the UK magazine “Easy Living”….all I have to say is “go on now Amy”…she looks like she may be trying to get herself together for real this time! Dare I say she may have even put on a few much needed pounds…yeah that may be a stretch, but I’d like to see her get it together

The Queen B Angela Bassett has FINALLY received a star on the Hollywood walk of fame. All I can wonder is what the hell took so long. She is by far one of the most talented not to menetion one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood (another diva showing the young bitches how it’s done). I won’t even talk about the fact that her husband Courtney B. Vance is FINE as well…and the kids…(I soooo heart this family). The beautiful actress played Tina Turner in “What’s love got to do with it”, Sister Betty Shabazz in “Malcolm X”, “How Stella Got Her Groove back” and the new film “Meet the Browns”. Bassett recalls when she moved to LA in 1988 “I meant to stay six months but I stayed. Today my cup runneth over!” Bassett said. “I am crying now, I cried yesterday and the day before. … This day is so, so special to me.” I swear Angela is the hottest chick in the game!

According to DailyMail, the 36-year-old actress was spotted leaving a Hollywood store with make-up on her that she hadn’t paid for…a store employee is quoted as saying: ”

Winona had a bag of stuff, but she set off the theft alarm when she left the store. When a security guard stopped her, he found make-up she had not paid for. And when she was asked about the make-up”, Winona answered: “I don’t know how that happened”…

The store employee added: We took unpaid items back and she left the store.” Winona’s publicist at first denied the incident took place. But when told a store employee had confirmed it, said she would check with her again. Ummm “I dunno what happened” typical “I’m busted and guilty” response. C’mon you can do better than that …you’re a pro, you’re the Ryder! Well you do always get caught so maybe you’re not a pro, perhaps you’re just a klepto, but still I expected better from you.

(Exhale) So here’s my real issue with this whole cosmetic embezzling fiasco, it’s not the fact that Wino went from Saks to CVS (it’s kind of appropriately symbolic of her career), It’s not the fact she’s boosting “Wet ‘n Wild at 36 years old (clearly she has a problem), My thing is if you’re going to go down for some eye pencil, why not lift from Target? (There’s a certain amount of prestige that comes with stealing from Target, it’s cheap yet chic, they have high end 5.99 cosmetics and if you get caught you can say “I put it on the rolling belt at the register, it must’ve rolled in my bag, before the cashier could ring it up….I’m in a hurry, I’ll just buy it next time” and you simply hot tail it outta there.) or Rite Aid (It’s like the cheap make-up playground). The sad part is that Winona probably wasn’t even going to wear that make-up, poor thing just wanted to go home sniff it and get high off of the fact that she got away with it. I’m thinking next time she wants a cheap thrill she go for a blow pop at the Quickie Mart. 

Oh Mi-Mi…WHY..? Because I can’t go there today with the Josephine Baker meets Big Bird topped off with all the extra material from “Dream Girls” album cover dress. Anywho the much anticipated (by whom, I’m not so sure) album E=MC² is supposed to hit stores April 15th. All I know is that I hope the rest of the album is better than that silly @ss single that she has out now.

According to Page Six the talentless reality star is trying to stretch her 15 minutes of fame by prancing into enemy Lauren Conrad’s temerity by launching her own clothing line (gag and snicker) called “Heidi Wood” (double gag). She is reportedly looking for a venue to have a launch party for her non existent clothing line. This poor girl really doesn’t have a clue as to what an ass she is making out of herself… But I must admit it would be hilarious to see a “Heidi Wood” one woman fashion show, cause you know she would be the only model in the show. After seeing that God forsaken music video Lord only knows what her clothing line would look like.
