Never Can Say Goodbye. Isaac Hayes 1942-2008

Hayes’ wife found him on the floor near a running treadmill inside his home, according to Memphis’ Shelby County Sheriff’s department. Hayes was taken to Baptist East Hospital in Memphis, where he was pronounced dead at 2:08 p.m.  Officials will continue their investigation into Hayes’ death, but they believe no foul play was involved.  He was 65 years old

While many know Mr.Hayes as the voice of Chef on “South Park”…Most know him as the pioneer who laid the groundwork for disco, southern soul and of course with his smooth talk singing, he was rapping before there was rap or hip hop. R.I.P Mr. Hayes
